I Just Want My Cat Back

Made for the TWG Gamejam 3.

Controls WASD/Arrows to move. 

Hold [space] to start a summoning ritual! Rip ghouls from corpses, throw ghouls at enemies! Summoning takes a long time and is risky, but your ghouls will protect you!

Survive long enough to finish the ritual and summon your dearly beloved cat from the grave. Hold your ghouls close, because they are your life points. Run out of ghouls, and you will be dead(er). 

Defeat bosses for crazy loot drops, defeat enemies to get stronger. Try not to break the game (please). 

This is my first game, and it was a real struggle to pull it together. I can't wait to use what I've learned here in the next TWG Gamejam!
